Subject ERIKS ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF CAROLINA CONTROL DEPOT IN THE UNITED STATES
ERIKS acquired Carolina Control Depot (“CCD”), a North Carolina based distributor of HVAC Controls,through its wholly owned operating company Industrial Controls. The acquisition was closed February 9, 2012. CCD will integrate operations with Industrial Controls to serve the North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia markets. CCD will complement Industrial Controls’ existing network of 18 branches and build upon the existing instrumentation, valve and industrial component businesses in the Southeast Region. The addition of CCD will provide Industrial Controls with an exceptional platform to broaden its HVAC product offering and increase its customer base.
