Now, you can track each individual item in real-time with clear delivery dates and tracking links — all without logging in. Simply use your ERIKS order number and customer number from your confirmation email to stay in control, wherever you are.

Introducing our new feature: Track each item in your order with our enhanced tracking functionality
With our enhanced orderline or item-level tracking functionality, you can now see exactly which items are in each shipment and track them separately. No more guessing which tracking link corresponds to which delivery — you’ll receive clear information on expected delivery dates, tracking links, and packing slips* for every individual item.
