ERIKS completes acquisition of REIFF Group to expand European and Chinese capabilities

Today ERIKS announces the successful acquisition of the business of the REIFF Group, a leading industrial component supplier from Reutlingen, Germany. Specializing in the OEM market, REIFF operates across Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and China. Backed with strong expertise and a solid reputation, they add substantial revenues and around 250 employees to the ERIKS business.

This acquisition marks an important milestone in our growth journey, enhancing our ability to support customers across Europe. By combining REIFF’s local market strength with ERIKS’ international network and technical know-how, we are better positioned to design, engineer, and supply solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability for our customers.
