ERIKS acquires Séric Technologie

ERIKS is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Séric Technologie, a leading French specialist in industrial valves, regulation, instrumentation, and precision machining. Both signing and closing of the transaction were completed today.

As an industrial component expert, ERIKS focuses on selling parts that make the biggest impact on the performance of industrial products and processes, especially sealings, gaskets, valves, hoses, and components used for rotation and flow control in a variety of industries. This acquisition strengthens our ability to design, engineer, and supply solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability for our customers particularly in the French flow control market.
