Surfa-Etch 108 Etching Solution should be used for etching smooth concrete surfaces, masonry, galvanised steel and aluminium before applying a RUST-OLEUM coating system. Surfa-Etch 108 neutralizes alkaline contaminations and removes zinc- and aluminium corrosion products ("white rust") Surfa-Etch 108 should be applied with a stiff nylon brush or a broom.
