Diamond grinding pin, cylindrical shape

Design: Especially suited to quick removal on galvanised coatings. Universal grain: D 126 – medium (to FEPA standard).

Application: For tool and production grinding of hard materials such as tungsten carbide, ceramics - pre- and finish sintered - glass as well as some non-ferrous metals.

Note: To avoid fringe heat damage to the workpiece and to increase the life of the tool we recommend the use of coolant lubricants. Recommended peripheral speed dry cutting: 8–18 m/s, wet cutting: 15-25 m/s.

Application: For machining radii, drill holes and contours . From Ø 8 mm with recess on the front face.
