SUREBAND Marine is a simple, cost-effective solution designed to address common limitations of traditional anti-splash tape, while supporting compliance with SOLAS safety requirements. It has been rigorously pressure tested and proven to safely diffuse releases up to 100 bar. Its PDT diffusion technology prevents both direct and lateral spray-outs, enhancing overall safety.
The product is supplied in a standard 50 mm width. It requires only 10 mm coverage on either side of the flange gap to effectively diffuse pressure, eliminating the need to cover the full flange width.
A durable Velcro fastening system allows for quick installation and removal, while providing strong shear resistance to ensure the band remains securely in place on both vertical and horizontal pipelines—even in the event of flange failure.
SUREBAND Marine is available in three standard sizes, designed to fit virtually all common flange configurations, removing the need for on-site measurement or surveying.
