Drilling oil concentrate

Design: Contains mineral oil EP cooling lubricant concentrate, totally stable and homogeneous. Immune to hardness ranges in water (lime etc.). Largely resistant to microbial attack. When used properly, physiologically safe.

Application: Emulsifiable for long tool life. Ideal for drilling, turning, milling, sawing and thread cutting. For aluminium, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, cast- and stainless steel.

Note: Stir concentrate in water, never the other way round!

Application concentration:
Milling: approx. 9% (1 l concentrate in 11 l water), sawing, turning,
Drilling: approx. 10% (1 l concentrate in 10 l water),
Thread cutting: approx. 10% strength (1 l concentrate in 10 l water).
