ADCA Trapping station twofold Type 8976 series CTS4U stainless steel PN40 1/2" BSP

The Adca series CTS4U has been developed as a complete and compact twofold trapping station for use in steam systems where a simplified and economical maintenance programme is desired. It is designed to replace the traditional multiple component stations and is equipped with one inlet and one outlet valve, an integrated filter and a check valve. Typical applications include as drop service on steam lines, tracing, SKIDs and small process equipment. Downtime and costs are reduced by the easy in-line maintenance of this drainage station. Thanks to 360° rotatable two-bolt flange connection, the steam trap can be replaced within minutes without disturbing the pipework. The CTS4U drainage station fits all steam traps equipped with a universal UCX swivel connector.
