Pillow block unit ConCentra locking Series SYNT

ConCentra roller bearing units are robust, ready-to-mount units that are assembled, lubricated and sealed at the factory ready for instant use. With their quick and simple installation, easy alignment and reliable locking technology, they are an excellent alternative to adapter sleeve-mounted bearings in split housings. Available in two non-split housing series: a plummer block housing in the SYNT series and a flanged housing in the FYNT series.

SYNT-series
The SYNT ConCentra roller bearing units consist of a non-split plummer (pillow) block housing with two holes cast into the base for attachment bolts, a 222-series spherical roller bearing on a ConCentra stepped sleeve, seals and grease. They are prepared for condition monitoring as they have three flat surfaces cast into the housing. The housings are made of grey cast iron and are painted black (RAL 9005). The paint protects the housing in accordance with ISO 12944-2:1998, corrosivity category C2. The paint is not affected by most lubricating or engine oils, cutting fluids or alkalescent washing chemicals. Housings can be repainted with most water or solvent based 1- or 2-component paints.
