Short length twist drills type 605

Design: HSS, Co5, DIN 338.
Profile grinding, right cutting, with precise point geometry as well as special point thinning and excellent thermal resistance. Normal core gradient. Angle of rake larger than normal (35°)
Core thickness thicker than normal, therefore very robust and flexible use.

Application: Suitable for short drilling depths up to 3 x D. Particularly suitable for titanium and titanium alloys, rust/acid/heat-resistant steels and austenitic steels, high strength/short chipping steels from 1400 N/mm² in strength and special alloys such as Hastelloy®, Inconel® and Nimonic®.

Angle of rake larger than normal (35°) Core thickness thicker than normal.
