Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools. Dry machining possible.
Application: Can be used for rough milling, slot cutting and finishing milling. The fine cord toothing produces small chips which are easy to remove. This improves tool life and achieves a better surface finish. The irregular spiral lead 36°/38° results in low-vibration running and thus a very high surface quality. A much longer tool life is achieved than with conventional tools. Particularly suitable for machining stainless steel.
