Hose Abraflex SHD, extremely abrasive PU suction & blower hose

Application
  • extra heavy suction and blower hose for extremely wearing substances such as glass, grain, granulate, stone chippings etc.
  • wear resistant transport hose in the glass industry, quarries, the chemical industry
  • good resistance to oil and petrol vapors
  • to use when an extra long life is required
Temperature range
  • -40 °C to +90 °C
  • peaks at +125 °C
Properties
  • ester polyurethane profile, with a completely embedded steel spiral, thickness polyurethane around 5,5 to 6 mm
  • smooth tube, corrugated cover
  • flow direction is shown by an arrow on the hose
  • stays flexible, also at low temperatures
  • plasticiser and halogen-free
  • gas and liquid tight
