Transverse hole countersink tool 90° HSS type 1424
Design: HSS, 90° countersink angle, with cylinder shank. With evenly running special taper-ground in the cone coat. The good blade geometry results in a light, spiral cut. The chips are pushed up in the shank direction by the inclined hole and cannot damage the countersink. This makes the countersink round and protects the machine spindle.
Application: Suitable for light and chatter-free hole deburring and countersinking. Particularly suitable for long chipping materials.Sharpening is possible by simply resharpening using an abrasive pencil on the blade front. Spiral fluted with fixed pilot pin
