Hand reamer HSS type 1500

Design: HSS, DIN 206-B, with approx. 7° left spirals and long, conical point (approx. 1/3 of cutting length). The uneven tooth pitch ensure chatter-free and accurate drilling. With cylinder shank with square drive. Bright surface

Application: Perfectly suited for single production or repair work, only for reaming through-holes. Not suitable for machining blind holes due to the long, conical point geometry. Also suitable for holes with interrupted cut. Particularly suitable for steel materials up to 500 N/mm² in strength e.g. general construction steels, steel materials up to 900 N/mm² in strength such as machine steels, tempered steels, tool steels, case-hardening steels, casting materials and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, brass, copper and bronzes.
