Oil Seal type GRST

The ERIKS oil seal type GRST is similar to the ERIKS oil seal type GR, but features an extra dust lip. As a result, you can keep even more dirt and dust from entering your application. This product complies with the DIN 3760-AS standard. This oil seal is suitable for a wide range of applications, so you are likely to encounter it in all kinds of different industries. Furthermore, the type GRST contains a stainless steel 304 spring, which maintains a balanced pressure at the interface between the rotating shaft and the sealing lip.

You use the type GRST oil seal when you want to avoid corrosion and seal a thin fluid in a dynamic application exposed to significant contamination.
