For lubricating roller and friction bearings at high temperatures, corrosive atmospheric influences and for all sliding speeds approved for grease lubrication.
Reduces friction and wear even at high temperature/pressure and protects bearings from damaging pollutants.
Maintains the lubricating effect even in the presence of water.
•    Application areas
Suitable for all bearings at extreme temperatures: kilns (annealing and drying furnaces, rotary kilns).
Manipulators, cooling bed systems, conveyor systems, hot air fans.
Special electric motors.
Exhaust fans for aggressive media.
Gate valves in bulk handling facilities.
Ejector pins in synthetic injection moulding tools.
•     Technical characteristics
Temperature resistance: –30 °C to +180 °C (short-term to +200 °C).
Melting point: > 240 °C.
Consistency index according to DIN 51818: NLGI Class 2.
Colour: champagne-beige.
