Solid steel gluing clamp
Design: Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate manufactured from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel. Mobile bracket made of forged, galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable steel, smooth-running spindle with rolled, cold-twisted, burnished trapezoidal thread, and with mobile pressure plate.
Application: Flexible clamping for the sensitive holding of items. For high clamping forces with low tool weight.
20 % more clamping force per spindle rotation thanks to optimised rail profile. Greatest security thanks to linear force transmission at the new mobile bracket. Clamping force up to 5.5 kN.Turntables with radii from 80 mm can be swapped without tools.
