Victor Aquina | Chief Executive Officer
Victor became ERIKS’ CEO in January 2025. He holds a master’s degree in business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has extensive leadership experience at companies such as Philips Speech Solutions, Nacap, and SHV Holdings. Before joining ERIKS, Victor was CEO of Dell Home, focusing on customized solutions and international expansion.
David Gillies | Chief Operating Officer
David became ERIKS’ COO in March 2023. With a background in mechanical engineering and over 30 years of global experience, he has led operations across multiple sectors. Before joing the Management Board, David was Managing Director at ERIKS UK & Ireland, where he drove significant business transformation and growth.
