ERIKS Management Board

Victor joined ERIKS in January of 2025 as Chief Executive Officer. Victor holds a master’s degree in business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. His career includes senior executive roles at Philips Speech Solutions, Nacap, and Hertel. He also held interim leadership roles within SHV Holdings companies, including ERIKS and Mammoet.

Before joining ERIKS, he served as CEO of Deli Home, where he focused on customized solutions, enhancing production capabilities, and international expansion.

Before joining ERIKS in 2024, Nick Hawtrey served as EVP and CFO of TestEquity Group and CFO of Allied Electronics in Fort Worth, Texas.

Prior to 2014, he was Global VP Finance for Supply Chain & Corporate Services at RS Group in the UK.

David has an education in mechanical engineering and business, he brings over 30 years of global experience focused on transformation, growth and innovation.  His career spans several countries, market segments and companies such as Johnson Controls, Greene Tweed, HOERBIGER and Ingersoll Rand. Prior to joining ERIKS David worked as Managing Director of Ingersoll Rand UK & Ireland, David joined ERIKS as MD of ERIKS UK & Ireland in July 2019 and working as part of a strong leadership team led a significant business transformation of the UK & Ireland business.   On 1 March 2023 David joined the ERIKS Management Board as Chief Operating Officer.
