Victor Aquina | Chief Executive Officer

Victor became ERIKS’ CEO in January 2025. He holds a master’s degree in business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has extensive leadership experience at companies such as Philips Speech Solutions, Nacap, and SHV Holdings. Before joining ERIKS, Victor was CEO of Dell Home, focusing on customized solutions and international expansion.

Nick Hawtrey | Chief Financial Officer

Nick joined ERIKS in 2024 as CFO. Previously, he was EVP and CFO at TestEquity Group and CFO at Allied Electronics in Texas. Earlier in his career, Nick served as Global VP Finance for Supply Chain & Corporate Services at RS Group in the UK, bringing deep financial expertise to ERIKS.

David Gillies | Chief Operating Officer

David became ERIKS’ COO in March 2023. With a background in mechanical engineering and over 30 years of global experience, he has led operations across multiple sectors. Before ERIKS, David was Managing Director at RS UK & Ireland, where he drove significant business transformation and growth.
