Code of business conduct

ERIKS’ shared values are expressed in its code of conduct and apply to all group companies.

The code of conduct requires ERIKS to carry out its activities honestly and openly, with respect for human rights and the interests of its employees. The code of conduct is available in the English, Dutch, German, French, Polish and Spanish language.
All employees are required to comply with this code, and they are encouraged to report any actual or suspected infringements of the code of conduct or other rules applicable within ERIKS NV to their manager  or a member of the HR department.  If they have already tried that and feel they are not being heard, they can contact our Alertline.
