Overview

This fixed RFP Series Piloted Flange Block is a Standard Duty unit with a split two-piece cast iron housing and a straight $3.9375\text{in}$ bore, designed for heavy loads. It incorporates tapered roller bearings with a steel cage for combined radial/thrust loading and features a case carburised inner ring with a double-collar mount locking type. The bearing is protected by a felt labyrinth seal and supports $\pm 3.0^{\circ}$ static misalignment at a maximum speed of $1250$.
