Overview

This bearing unit features a powder coated epoxy cast iron housing with a $0.9375\text{in}$ bore diameter and a $1.4375\text{in}$ base to centre height, utilising extended inner ring bearings. The inner ring is zone hardened with $120^{\circ}$ setscrew locking for secure shaft grip. It is designed with an extra low drag seal and a Nylon retainer to minimise rotational drag, is oil lubricated, and includes an adapter and plug for field relubrication. The housing fit is looser than standard for simple alignment on lightweight frames.
