SEALMASTER Flanged bearing unit square Skwezloc Locking Collar SF-34T

Overview

This Sealmaster SF-34T unit comprises a powder-coated cast iron four-bolt flange housing and 52100 chrome steel ball bearing insert with Skwezloc concentric locking. It accommodates 2.125-inch shafts, supports static loads to 29363 N and dynamic loads to 43379 N, and operates up to 220°F with felt labyrinth sealing for dusty conditions.

Features

• Set screw shaft locking system prevents shaft slippage under operational stresses
• Lock pin and dimple system prevents rotation while enabling direct greasing simplifying field maintenance tasks
• Land-riding retainer design facilitates 360-degree grease flow enhancing lubrication retention and reducing relubrication frequency
• Felt labyrinth seal with flinger excludes dry dust contaminants preserving bearing life in harsh atmospheres
• Skwezloc concentric locking achieves precise alignment reducing shaft wear and vibration in misaligned applications

Application & Usage

• Compatible with blower shafts in industrial ventilation systems requiring static misalignment tolerance
• Ideal for shaft supports in agricultural harvesters operating in dusty field conditions
• Used with idler pulleys in bulk handling conveyors exposed to airborne particulates
