Flanged bushing Low-maintenance Phosphor-Zinn-Bronze (CuSn8) /Phosphor-Zinn-Bronze (CuSn8) T90F 045.020

Wrapped CuSn8 bearings (B09) are characterised by their durability and high quality. CuSn8 bearings usually have diamond-shaped lubrication chambers, but other designs are possible. They are well suited to applications with high loads or in situations where a large amount of dirt and contamination can occur. The bearings are produced from bronze strips. The material CuSn8 is a high-quality phosphor tin bronze with excellent sliding properties. It is particularly suitable in situations that demand high durability, corrosion resistance, bearing life and heat transfer. The key properties of wrapped CuSn8 bearings:

• Save space and weight compared to roller bushes and ball bearings
• Operate under both light and heavy loads
• Are highly suited to oscillating movements
• Are low maintenance and suitable for rough operations
• Are less sensitive to dirt due to the lubrication chambers
• Provide extremely good corrosion resistance
• Offers good resistance against shock loads
