Collet chuck TYPE ER Mini, ISO 7388-1 (DIN 69871), Form AD/B, SK 40, balancing quality: G2.5 25000 min-1

Design: Made of alloy case-hardened steel, with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm² and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. Taper according to DIN 254. Hardened 58 ±2 HRC.

Taper angle tolerance: AT3
Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm

Application: For clamping tools with cylindrical shank in collets according to ISO 15488 (DIN 6499). For high-speed machining and heavy machining. Increased cutting performance due to higher speeds, feed rates and greater depth of cut. The increased running smoothness due to the low-vibration geometry ensures better surface quality and protects the tool, spindle and machine.
