Design: 90° countersink angle. Axial and relief ground and CBN deep-ground. With straight, u-shaped flute length and flutes ground from solid.

Application:For tough materials such as Hardox 400/500, steels up to 60 HRC. The excellent cutting properties and easy machining process result from the cone-shaped relief grinding on the coat and angle of rake. The countersink achieves the best results with the strongest feed and lowest cutting speed.

Note: Sufficient supply of coolant is essential.
