Short step drill bits type 1104

Design: HSS, according to factory standard, type N.
Very torsion stable model, profile grinding, right cutting, with precise point geometry. Short form according to DIN 1897, point thinning according to DIN 1412, form A. Normal angle of rake, core thickness and core gradient. Drilling and countersinking are produced in a single step, aligned to each other.
Ø tolerance: d1 = h6.

Note: The cutting speed is orientated towards the large diameter, the feed towards the small diameter.

Design: 90° countersink angle.

Application: For thread core holes according to DIN 336, part 1 and 90° free countersinking corresponding with the through-holes according to DIN EN 20273. Particularly suitable for CNC or NC machines.
