Nose end mill N, carbide type 2420

Design: Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, DIN 6527, with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools. Dry machining possible.

Application: Can be used for copy and finishing milling as well as for trimming and peripheral milling. Particularly suitable for machining stainless steel.

Note: Copy milling; cutting values preferred at ap = 0.05 x d1 and ae = 0.1 x d1.
