Design: DIN 7262, Form A, triangular, with tang as well as tapering point and hewn on 3 sides and 3 edges.
Application: Especially suitable for sharpening saw blades and band saw blades made ??of steel.
General notes: Flawless steel structure as prerequisite for uniform hardness. Type and angle of the cut are determined by the particular application, whereby one differentiates between cut 1 - for rough machining, cut 2 - half smooth/universal and cut 3 - finishing. Ideal tooth geometry for each application. The length of the file is measured without the tang from the tip to the attachment.
