Solid carbide NC chucking reamer type 1581

Design:Ultra-finest grain-solid carbide, dimensions similar to DIN 212. Centring up to Ø 3.70 mm on both sides with 90° full point, above with inner centring, with straight shank Ø for standardised mounting in hydraulic expansion chucks and high accuracy chucks. The clamping accuracy is significantly improved due to the narrow tolerance h 6 of the shanks. With cylinder shank Bright surface

Reamer manufacturing tolerances:
?integer diameter and 1/10 mm dimensions correspond with H7,
?1/100 mm dimensions from Ø 1.01 to 5.03 mm have a tolerance of 0.00/+0.004 mm,
above Ø 5.03 mm have a tolerance of 0.00/+0.005 mm.

Application:For reaming through-holes, also suitable for reaming blind holes due to the short point (from 3.8 mm). Particularly suitable for high alloy and annealed steels up to 52 HRC, casting materials and soft non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and brass.
