Machine clamp centric tensioner mechanic type 3828

Design: Low, sturdy design, body made from special cast iron. The interchangeable and reversible jaws are hardened, ground and burnished, one of the jaws is smooth and the other comes with longitudinal and transverse prisms. The jaws are mechanically adjusted and the hand crank is used to bridge the whole clamping range. The spindle is covered and thus protected from dirt and chips. With central clamping, the lateral guides enable simple and and exact vice alignment.

Application: For milling and planing of forms, slots and grooves of all kinds. Different widths of workpieces are possible without influencing the workpiece centre position thanks to central clamping.
