Insert drill bit type 1064

Design: HSS, similar to DIN 1897, Type DK 77.
Profile grinding, steam tempered surface, right cutting, with precise double-sided point geometry. With small cross-cutting and curved grinding around the circumference (no bevels). Point thinning according to DIN 1412, form A, Normal angle of rake, core thickness and core gradient.

Application: For drilling thin workpieces. For round and accurate drill holes (important for riveting). Particularly suitable for bodywork and metalwork, rivet holes, screw holes etc. as well as for use in hand drills.
