Engineers file half round type 6554

Design: DIN 7261, Form E, half round and hewn on 2 sides.

Application: Suitable for processing radii, deburring as well as filing perforations. Can also be used for surface machining.

General notes: Flawless steel structure as prerequisite for uniform hardness. Type and angle of the cut are determined by the particular application, whereby one differentiates between cut 1 ? for rough machining, cut 2 ? half smooth/universal and cut 3 ? finishing. Ideal tooth geometry for each application. The length of the file is measured without the tang from the tip to the attachment.
