RX hydraulic hoses

Hydraulic hoses are essential in almost every hydraulic system for connecting the functional components.
Very often hoses are heavily loaded, both internally with high pressure and temperature and externally with bending, mechanical wear and weather influences.

The typical application of polymers (synthetic rubber) in order to obtain flexibility makes the hoses susceptible to an ageing process. This results in a decreasing performance capability over time.

All in all hoses are critical components which strongly influence the reliability and service life of an installation.
Still there is not such a thing like the typical installation. There is a wide variety of markets and applications, all with different requirement sets. For this reason ERIKS is offering two high quality RX® hydraulic hose product lines.

RX flexitube®

First of all there is the RX flexitube® program. This program is offering a set of well balanced properties. This makes RX flexitube® hoses a perfect solution for a wide range of demanding applications, where reliability and a long service life are requested.

In order to accomplish this, RX flexitube® hoses are offering measurable performances well exceeding the international EN/ISO standards.

The other powerful asset of this program is it’s variability. In many cases we can optimize product performance by customizing it, focused on a specific application.

RX® TOPflex

The RX® TOPflex hose program represents the best what the market can offer. This product line has extremely high problem solving capabilities and can be applied within the most severe and demanding hydraulic applications.

Basic features are an extremely high dynamic pressure loading capability and the standard use of the ENDURO cover material, offering very high resistance to mechanical abrasion and ozone exposure.

To reach even higher levels of abrasion and ozone resistance we are offering the special THUNDER cover material on some of the hoses.
